Refund & Cancellation Policy

At RG ENTERPRISES, we deal in consumable products such as packaged drinking water, water bottles, and jars. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, our refund and return policy is strict and limited.

1. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:

• Product received is damaged at the time of delivery
• Wrong product delivered
• Product is defective or leaking

Customers must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery with proper proof (images/video).

2. Non-Refundable Cases

• Used or partially consumed products
• Opened water bottles or jars
• Delay in complaint beyond 24 hours
• Incorrect order placed by customer

3. Refund Process

Once your request is reviewed and approved:

• Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
• Amount will be credited to original payment method
• For COD orders, refund will be processed via UPI or bank transfer

4. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
• Once dispatched, cancellation is not allowed

5. Replacement Policy

Instead of refund, we may offer a replacement if applicable. Replacement delivery time may vary depending on location.

6. Shipping Charges

If the issue is due to our mistake (damaged/wrong product), we will bear the shipping cost. No return shipping is applicable in other cases.

7. Important Note

As we deal in drinking water products, returns are highly restricted to maintain hygiene and safety standards.
